Nor does The Goods® Brand Originals ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam or the US Virgin Islands. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.
RETURN POLICY
EXCHANGES Due to carrier transit times, please allow up to 3 weeks from the date you mail your package for your return to be processed completely. Where can I return an item? You can return a purchase from The Goods® Brand Originals Online Store by mail to the address below: The Goods Inc. ATTN: RETURNS P.O. Box 49327 Atlanta, GA 30359 Pack the item securely in the original package, if possible. ? Enclose a copy of the original invoice/packing slip with the item(s). Be sure to keep the packing slip for your records. If you cannot send your packing slip, please include your order number, billing name and address with the item(s). ? All item(s) must be returned in new condition (unwashed and unworn), in the original boxes (whenever possible), and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure full credit. ? Please do not return hats or giftboxes in envelopes. Packaging in this manner may damage items during the shipping process. If the item is damaged, a we cannot guarantee full credit. ? All return shipping charges must be prepaid. We cannot accept C.O.D. deliveries. ? For your protection, we recommend that you a shipping service with tracking and insurance.
